Dovely Supreme Croissants x2
Images show similar ones. These will vary each time we have them on the counter and this week it will be lemon curd with a white icing frosting and a slice of lemon on the top, as well as pistachio filling with a white chocolate and matcha pistachio dressing on top and chopped toasted pistachios to crown them. These are much celebrated in busy bakeries in the cities across the world so we have decided to do them here for Little Old Titchmarsh High Street!
They are made from our all natural, croissant dough and of course, baked in-house, again all natural; we wouldn't do anything any other way, and these are an exciting treat! They are pretty too. They have a filling piped into them and then a dressing on the top too.
The dough is always made using organic flour and yeast with and zero commercial anything.
INGREDIENTS AND ALLERGENS
Organic WHEAT flour (calcium, iron, niacin, thiamin, folic acid), MILK, BUTTER, organic YEAST, sugar, sea salt, EGG
These are this weeks fillings:
lemon: lemon curd (lemons, sugar, BUTTER, EGGS) sugar for the icing, and home candied lemons
pistachio: MILK, PISTACHIO, CORNFLOUR, sea salt, BUTTER, organic white chocolate (cocoa butter, sugar, whole MILK powder, vanilla), matcha tea
