Babka - Savoury Cheddar Cheese, Garlic, Parsley and Parmesan
Images show a selection of types. Here is a naturally leavened braided cake, made using organic white flour and enriched. Of Jewish and Eastern European origin it is soft and sweet, braided around a delicious home made filling, along with some super tasty butter and garlic, becoming golden and billowy during the bake and with secret swirls.
This is a different one with grated strong cheddar, home grown herbs, parmesan and garlic amongst the soft and naturally leavened brioche.
Finished with a grated parmesan toasty top and some sea salt.
Weight minimum 560g. Serves around 6. All pure.
