Classic White Sauerkraut

Here is our gut healthy classic sauerkraut with simply white cabbage, the Himalayan pink rock salt for fermentation, and some caraway seeds for the lovely Germanic taste. You get 220g and the jar is returnable for a £1 credit on anything else. Just leave it in our bread shed intact with lid and your name on or in it. It keeps for a year and is so good for you, great with cold meats or cheeses and in sandwiches.
