Milk Loaf

Here is our own tin baked Milk Loaf. As with all our bread this is naturally leavened so baked using a sourdough starter culture. Pure ingredients, simple and additive free. Using organic flour, salt, milk and nothing else. It’s a great sandwich and toast loaf. Suitable for home freezing. if you do, wrap the loaf, freeze for up to two months, then thaw it for 4-6 hours wrapped, and whilst using it leave it unsealed, just with a cloth draped over it. It is super for toasting as with all our bread. To perform a "refresh bake" run under the tap for a few seconds, then place in a hot oven for 6-8 minutes. You get to do this trick once for any loaf and it is like a fresh baked loaf when you do!
