Rye Nerd 70-30

Here is our one third home milled English organic rye loaf, it comes with 70% organic white wheat flour and 30% home milled organic English grown rye flour, used as a whole grain. We mill the rye grain on demand so it is a very fresh whole flour. The flavour and freshness is exceptional. This is aside from the fact that the health benefits are superb, as this is a fermented loaf of course and organic; good for our planet, the wildlife around the crops, as well as our food security with diversity being at the heart of what we do. You get a super boost of bio available nutrients and a decent slice of protein. You get a large loaf weighing a minimum of 1kg pre bake weight.
