Our all butter croissant puff pastry 🥐 which is home made using organic flour, from scratch, and this time with a home made crème patissiere and gently spiced organic raisins to form a “raisin snail” which is entirely additive free as with all our things, nestled in the swirls. The pastries are a new addition here and these ones are similar to the Cruffin and croissant as they have organic yeast in them approved by the real bread campaign. You get two in a cake box.
