East Coast Malted Sourdough

More images follow soon. Back on the menu! Our malted wheat, barley and whole wheat dark sourdough loaf! This one is a nice dark and high fibre loaf, with the added taste of malt. My personal favourite.

We call this “East Coast” because of the malting that happens over in Wells Next the Sea where we spent many holidays in our childhood and where dad came from.
