Dovely's Ezekiel Bread - Higher Protein

“Take thou also unto thee wheat, and barley, and beans, and lentils, and millet, and fitches [spelt], and put them in one vessel, and make thee bread thereof…”
Here is a loaf that is made with a much higher protein group of ingredients such as lentils, semolina and oats as well as some spelt grain, all organic and there is, as always, the high fibre.
