East Anglian Spelt and Seedy

This loaf is a lot like the “Rose Cottage” which is one of our longest standing favourites, and in the dough before we add the toasted and soaked seeds we are including organic stoneground spelt grain then it is coated in the multi seeds just before going into the oven. All the mixed seeds are organic. A high fibre loaf, which is also tasty plus these seeds help out with lowering the cholesterol and blood pressure.
