These pointy demi baguettes are made from wholemeal ancient einkorn flour, and a little organic wheat flour, nothing else, other than sea salt,  to ensure you get the best possible einkorn taste and nourishment as well as that by using this ancient grain we are promoting crop diversity, which is good for the planet, food security and wildlife.
