Traditional Danish Rugbrød Dark Rye with cracked Organic Grain and Seeds
The Danish National Loaf! Named “Rugbrød” with organic wheat, in-house stoneground organic dark rye from Yorkshire, cracked organic grains of organic black Lincolnshire wheat and dark rye, organic flax and sunflower seeds, as well as organic caraway. We soak the cracked rye, wheat, and seeds overnight before completing the mix. Best eaten 24 hours after baking, so we do that part for you here. It is long lasting on your bread board, covered with the bag or a teatowel. Average weight 940g. Great for home freezing too. This promotes gut health therefore your immunity, it pvides a great deal fo your body's need for diverse nutrition as well as being exceptional with a cheeseboard or as a canape with cream cheese and pickles or salmon. Good toasted too.
