German Style Sourdough Salted Pretzels x 4

Inspired by a recent trip to Austria; here are some naturally leavened pretzels in the traditional style, so just like a bagel, soft and perfect for your breakfast, snacking or a cold spread, may also be ripped and dipped or halved then toasted. We are presenting these with a seasalt crust in the old fashioned way. However there is now a new addition: cheese toasted over the top! (I personally will be having them with cream cheese and smoked meat and maybe some chopped herbs.) great with beer and dipped in mustard too! They are a minimum weight of 150g pre baking so like a bap in size and you get 4 bagged loose in a soft Kraft loaf bag, which will of course be labelled with your name for collection.

  • INGREDIENTS & ALLERGENS

    Organic WHEAT flour (calcium, iron, niacin, thiamin), organic extra virgin olive oil, sugar, EGG (wash), sea salt crystals, bicarbonate of soda (trace)

    OPTION FOR ADDED CHEESE

    ALLERGENS ARE CAPITALISED

    Prepared in a bakery where dairy, sesame seeds, nuts and other allergens are handled though care is taken to avoid cross traffic
