San Francisco Style Extra Matured White
Here we have the San Francisco style of sourdough loaf which has a much more mature and long fermented starter culture added to it for more of that sourdough sour tang!
It is a white boule and simply organic wheat flour, water and pure sea salt, nothing else; but loads more time.
The pre-bake weight of this loaf is approximately 920g. Ideal as a table centrepiece or as a gift.
