Cheddar Cheese 🧀 & Caramelised Shallot Sourdough Loaf

One of the most sought after and epic flavoursome loaves! In our classic white sourdough we have incorporated caramelised shallots with chunks of mature cheddar cheese and then baked to create a golden crust and a soft cheese chunk in every slice along with those tasty onions… sweet because they are shallots. As with all our products this is purely sourdough, naturally leavened, using the ancient method. The minimum baked nett weight of this loaf is 900g. The main dough is in fact made from organic white wheat flour and organically produced Marsel sea salt, nothing else. (More images follow, these are our simple white)
