Titchwincle Honey & Malt Light Brown Sandwich Loaf

Our lovely friends Jo and Jeff Hunter are excellent bee keepers and produce the local Titchwincle Honey; we have a business collaboration with each other and wanted to celebrate this with a loaf. We expect this to be very popular as our sandwich loaves do go down very well! Naturally leavened of course, with the honey and some milk to soften the texture. We mill the English farmed organic grains here in the bakery on stones. This loaf has the added delicious taste of malted barley grown and malted at Wells-next-the-sea by a brewery. This is a large soft light coloured as well as flavoursome loaf which is tin baked to easily make sandwiches and toast, also great for freezing. Pre-bake weight is at least 1kg

  • INGREDIENTS AND ALLERGENS

    Organic WHEAT flour (calcium, iron, niacin, thiamin), organic wholemeal WHEAT grown in Cambridgeshire and milled on stones here in the bakery, Titchwincle honey, malted crushed BARLEY grown and malted by the Norfolk bottle shop at Wells-next-the-sea, cow’s MILK, sea salt

    ALLERGENS ARE CAPITALISED

    Prepared in a bakery where nuts, sesame seeds, eggs and other allergens are handled though care is taken to prevent cross traffic
