Coconut and Tonka Bean Custard Babka

Here is a naturally leavened braided cake, made using organic white flour and enriched. Images show a selection of fillings. Of Jewish and Eastern European origin it is soft and sweet, braided around our latest sticky coconut and tonka bean filling. Weight around 700g pre-bake. Serves around 6. Perfect warmed and with custard or cream as a pudding or have a slice with your afternoon tea or packed and wrapped to have as a dessert with your lunch. All pure.
