Alice's Baking Classes

Alice Dove of Alice's Baking Classes is the founder of this microbakery; open weekly on a Saturday morning in Titchmarsh, East Northamptonshire.

This bakery was opened to specialise in sourdough bread. All of the buns, cakes, sauerkraut, coffee and tarts there have zero additives, only using pure and natural products, as many as possible locally grown and in season. This is because Alice is a firm believer in gut health being the foundation of all overall health; with a healthy gut microbiome then your body is equipped to defend you against a broad range of harm.

As Alice wants to get the word out to as many people as possible about this, here we are with a range of baking and fermenting classes, not only to give you knowledge, but also to enjoy the experience. We all know that whilst enjpying the atmosphere, any incoming knowledge is absorbed and retained better.
