Caramelised Onion and Cheddar Loaf

As with all our products this is purely sourdough, naturally leavened, using the ancient method. All natural ingredients. We have pre roasted to caramelisation, some onions, and we wrap these in the dough along with a generous amount of cheddar cheese during the first prove time. The weight of this loaf is approximately 900g. Made with all wheat flour and organically produced sea salt, the taste is much sought after!
