Caramelised Onion and Cheddar Loaf

The latest addition to the Dovely Bakery family of sourdough loaves. As with all our products it’s purely sourdough, naturally leavened, using the ancient method. All natural ingredients. We have pre roasted to caramelisation, some onions, and we wrap these in the dough along with a generous amount of grated cheddar cheese during the first prove time. We finish off the loaves by rolling them in semolina for a delicious crust. The pre-bake weight of this loaf is approximately 1kg. Made with all wheat flour and organically produced sea salt, the taste is much sought after!
