Our all butter croissant puff pastry 🥐 which is home made using organic flour, from scratch, and this time with home made and gently cinnamon spiced apples, chopped almonds and raisins, this pastry is like eating “Apfelstrudel” formed into a snail shell. This is entirely additive free as with all our things. The pastries are a new addition here and these ones are similar to the Cruffin and croissant as they have organic yeast in them approved by the real bread campaign. You get two in a cake box.
