A delicious sweet brioche rich puffy dough made using organic single ingredient yeast and from organic flour, rolled up around an organic cinnamon, butter and sugar filling, baked until golden and sprinkled with a white sugar topping. Great with a cappuccino in the mornings! You get 4 in a muffin box or we sell them  individually on Saturdays.
