East Coast Malted Tinny

This loaf is made with our blend of malted wheat, whole wheat, barley and some organic classic white. I also add a little organic olive oil to keep it softer for longer and otherwise it is pure and wholesome. Nothing ultra processed and nothing artificial. This one is a nice dark and high fibre loaf, with the added taste of malt.

 

We call this “East Coast” because of the malting that happens over in Wells Next the Sea where we spent many holidays in our childhood and where dad came from.
