Focaccia Sandwich; choice of Vege or Non

There will be a choice of either vegetarian or meat, each with some tasty dressing, leaves, herbs, and often,  pickles, seeds or nuts. There may be sprouting beans. Much of what we are using will be home grown. Sometimes there will be home made sauerkraut and sometimes mustard or tahini. See the choices when you pick them to buy. 
This focaccia is sourdough so naturally leavened, no commercial yeast is used. It is made with extra virgin olive oil and sea salt.
