Focaccia Sandwich; choice of Meat or Cheese

Images show the pre sandwich focaccia. As well as some focaccia sandwiches I’ve made in the past.  There will be a choice of either vegetarian or meat, each with some tasty dressing and leaves, carrot or tomato with it, and often,  pickles. Sometimes sauerkraut and sometimes mustard or tahini. See the choices when you buy. 
This focaccia is sourdough so naturally leavened, no commercial yeast is used. It is made with extra virgin olive oil and sea salt.
