This focaccia is made using all natural organic yeast which is different from our other focaccia; this makes it fluffier and it is made with organic extra virgin olive oil. Ideal for a healthy sharing supper, with a spread, or you can even cut it horizontally to make a special sandwich. The weight of this piece is at least 400g. Made with organic white wheat flour and organically produced Marsel sea salt.
