Sfincione - a portion (just like a piece of pizza!)

This is a Sicilian style item, with focaccia as it’s base topped with some home grown tomato paste on the top with seasoning, Red Leicester cheese and a little sprinkling of oregano. It is made using organic white flour, organic natural yeast approved by the Real Bread campaign and organic extra virgin olive oil as well as organically produced sea salt. The weight of this piece is at least 150g. It’ll be a thick pre-cut rectangle ideal as a quick meal.
