Dressed Ligurian Lunch Focaccia - a slice
This base focaccia is made using all organic ancient grain flour as well as organic white flour, organic natural yeast approved by the Real Bread campaign and organic extra virgin olive oil as well as organically produced sea salt. The weight of this piece is at least 450g. It’ll be a thick pre-cut rectangle and perfect for tearing and sharing, as well as dipping, also ideal for eating for lunch straight, as it is. We will have a selection of toppings available each Saturday when this is on the menu. variations will be: thinly sliced potatoes, courgettes, butternut squash, herbs such as sage, oregano, rosemary, thyme, and fennel, peas, broad beans, as well as sun dried tomatoes and sprinklings of nuts.
