Lovely Dovely Country Loaf

One of our most tasty loaves ever! Also one of the largest ones. All organic ingredients, naturally leavened of course, large, and two crops grown by our own farmers here in our country. We mill the English farmed grains here in the bakery. This loaf has the added delicious taste of a little dark rye grown in Yorkshire and milled on stones here in the bakery. Our Wholemeal flour is from Cambridgeshire and also milled on stones here in the bakery. All ingredients are organic, we are doing this for wildlife and diversity of crop farming. This is a large soft light coloured loaf which is versatile and makes great sandwiches, toast, tear and share, also great for freezing in sections. Nett weight is at least 880g
