Miso and Sesame Loaf
Here is a Japanese tasting belter! This one is epic as a sandwich or alone, dipped or alongside an eastern inspired broth or curry. It has Vietnamese black sesame seeds as well as organic white sesame seeds throughout and some umami delicious fermented English bean miso paste in it, it smells terrific and I am dying to make a sandwich with it as I type! The aromats sit in the deli style loaf, white with 15% home milled organic stone ground dark rye, as its holding body. It is a minimum of 1kg pre bake weight.
