Raisin Bread Mini Loaf

A soft bouncy sourdough loaf, made using only lightly sweetened organic white flour, a little milk, orange zest and a generous quantity of Thompson Raisins throughout, then a sugar glazed crust. Slice and eat with butter alongside your cup of tea or coffee or have for breakfast toasted… As with all our products this is purely sourdough, naturally leavened, using the ancient method. Real food. The pre-bake weight of this loaf is approximately 510g.
