Nordic Style Sourdough Granola with Seeds & Toasted Nuts

This mix is not too sweet, due to a dash of honey and no other sugars, this makes it more healthy and Scandinavian style. Use freely! Still made from our own “Breddie Mercury” sourdough starter, with organic oats, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, as well as toasted coconut flakes and toasted, chopped organic almonds. This will have a very minimal amount of our local Titchwincle honey, as well as some organic extra virgin olive oil.
