Semolina and Sultana Slice x2
Here is a cake that gives you a high amount of flavour along with a lot of fibre. The semolina is hearty and before we bake it is soaked for 2 hours in the yoghurt and milk to hydrate it fully so you can understand how much it can give you. This cake is also drizzled with lemon syrup after the baking so the flavour is epic! Then there are the plump sultanas too.
