These cookies are made using our Lincolnshire farmed organic Bamford wheat grain milled here in house on stones. This means they are without fortifications as well as additive free. For these as it is autumn, we have made a spiced pumpkin custard filling which is enveloped inside them, and then the cookie dough is filled with Belgian white chocolate chips and some more autumn spice notes. We do not have ultra processed anything here ever.
