The Navigator - Classic White

This sourdough loaf is crusty, soft inside, keeps well and will be a perfect accompaniment for any meal. As with all our products this is purely sourdough, naturally leavened, using the ancient method. The pre-bake weight of this loaf is approximately 900g. Made with organic white wheat flour, and the addition of  a teaspoonful of locally sourced honey produced within our village, named Titchwincle honey, the taste is creamy and delightful.
