Organic sundried Italian tomatoes and homegrown juicy fresh aromatic rosemary sits in the country style loaf, regeneratively farmed white flour with 25% home milled organic stone ground dark rye and Wholemeal flour. Then when it is about to go in the hot oven on to stones, it receives a sprinkling of sea salt crystals. It is a mighty 950g nett weight.
