The Navigator Alternative - Soft White

This loaf is made from organic wheat; it’s not sourdough as we are using pure organic yeast with it, to give it that classic puff and lift. It is still real bread as there is nothing artificial in it. The minimum nett weight of this loaf is 800g. This will make some good soft, square sandwiches which keep well due to a little olive oil, and no unwanted side effects.
