SOURDOUGH
Welcome to our micro bakery, where we specialise in naturally leavened products which are additive free and locally sourced, home grown in our garden and within the village of Titchmarsh when possible. Please take a look at our range, and shop for whatever takes your fancy. We bake sourdough bread as well as cakes, crackers, biscuits and buns. We bake on Wednesdays and Saturdays unless there is a bakery break and orders go out for you to collect by 09:30am into the "Breadshed." Everything is natural. Contact us if you have any enquiries.

NATURALLY LEAVENED
Artisan, Additive Free. Slow Food
Sourdough is an ancient bread making process, with its origins dating back to 3700 BC. Your bread is created using the original process, with only natural ingredients and baked on a hot stone. It is long lasting and nourishing. Please allow at least 48 hours for your order to be fulfilled.
We also offer buns, cakes, crackers, biscuits and granola bars. Our mission is to produce everything without artificial additives, using the majority of organic ingredients with as low a mileage as possible.
Once it is done, we place it in the "Bread Shed" outside the front of the Bakery for collection, by 09:30am on your chosen "bake day."
OVEN OFF PERIODS
There will be an "oven off" period from mid September for just over one week.
This means that Open Day will be one week earlier than normal and take place on the 7th September rather than the 14th.
Missed baking days are 14th, 18th and 21st.
Baking recommences on Wednesday 25th September.
After that the next "oven off" period is a single Saturday, the 26th October and then the Wednesday the 27th November each of which is a single missed day.
