Welcome to our micro bakery, where we specialise in naturally leavened organic products which are additive free and as locally sourced as possible. We bake to order for you on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Every Saturday we bake spare loaves so that you can pop by and grab one if you are in the area and you need freshly baked bread! Gates open at 9am. On the second Saturday of each month we open up the bakery for you with an array of produce, from 10am until 12noon (or sold out.)

All pure whole ingredients! No commercial yeast, our bread is leavened using a 5000 year old method. Remember if you would like a quick freshly baked pure loaf or small additive free treat we open from 9am to 10am each Saturday for "Spare Loaf Saturday" in case you haven't had time to order something specific!

You will be able to reserve many of these items by ordering through this website in the week ahead. Some cakes and pastries will be a surprise on the day so not on the website. All bread is sourdough:-
